Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Manager with 8–12 years of progressive HR experience,
including 4–5 years in a regional HR role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk
hiring and sales recruitment, alongside managing HR operations across multiple locations.
Experience & competencies required:
ï· 8-12 years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a Regional HR role.
ï· Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment.
ï· Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.
ï· Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, E-
commerce, or similar industries preferred.
ï· Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
ï· Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
ï· Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience.
ï· Data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.
ï· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ï· Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
ï· Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
