Your Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global HR strategy
• Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
• Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives
• Support organizational growth and change management initiatives
• Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement
• Work closely with International HR and implement global HR projects in own scope
• Manage HR budgets, forecast, payroll and resource allocation
• Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties

Your Profile

Your Profile

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality
• Strong background in HR strategy, transformation, and project management
• Experience in multi-site or international environments
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills; Portuguese is a plus
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
