
The Regional Health and Wellness Director is a Registered Nurse (RN) who provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to the Health and Wellness Directors and teams within assigned senior living communities. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care, promotes clinical excellence, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards. The Regional Health and Wellness Director plays a key role in maintaining resident health and wellness, managing clinical operations, and supporting community leadership.

Education and/or Experience
The essential functions of this role require the ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. The position demands strong manual dexterity for tasks like medication administration and charting, clear verbal communication, acute vision for close tasks and safety, and the ability to hear alarms and instructions. Furthermore, quick mobility is essential for emergency response throughout the facility.
