The Regional Head of Wealth Commercialisation & Performance is responsible for actively shaping how the Wealth Management franchise grows regionally.

The role designs and drives the enterprise commercial engine, leads cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion and productivity, and intervenes where performance does not meet expectations. It ensures that customer propositions translate into consistent sales outcomes, and that enterprise focus is maintained across Product, Distribution, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

How the Role Operates

  • Leads enterprise-level commercial initiatives that cut across functions and markets
  • Sets commercial priorities and sequences initiatives to protect frontline focus
  • Acts as the decision owner when trade-offs are required across teams
  • Provides senior management with a single, integrated view of what is driving wealth performance

Core Accountabilities

  • Enterprise Commercial Performance
  • Designs and runs the enterprise wealth performance model across customer segments
  • Leads regular commercial performance reviews to identify structural gaps and intervention needs
  • Sponsors corrective actions where productivity, penetration, or conversion fall short
  • Works with Distribution leadership to reset expectations, focus, and execution standards

Customer Segments & Proposition Execution

  • Designs segment-specific customer propositions with clear commercial intent and measurable outcomes
  • Leads proposition pilots, scaling decisions, and rollouts across markets.
  • Simplifies and rationalizes propositions to improve sales effectiveness and reduce dilution
  • Refine propositions based on frontline feedback and performance data

Sales Performance Effectiveness

  • Translates propositions into clear sales focus and execution priorities
  • Drives changes to sales motion where conversion or adoption is weak
  • Partners sales leadership to resolve structural blockers to performance
  • Ensures incentives, campaigns, and focus areas reinforce enterprise priorities

Commercial Focus & Initiative Management

  • Actively manages the volume and sequencing of enterprise initiatives
  • Decides which initiatives progress, pause, or stop based on commercial impact
  • Protects frontline capacity by enforcing disciplined execution windows
  • Resolves competing demands on sales and product teams

Marketing & Customer Experience Interlock

  • Sets commercial direction for marketing priorities to ensure alignment with target segments and conversion goals
  • Guides customer experience initiatives to ensure investments experience support sales effectiveness
  • Works in close partnership with Marketing and CX leaders, who retain execution ownership

Success Measures

  • Measurable improvement in sales productivity, penetration, and proposition conversion across priority segments
  • Reduced initiative overload with improved frontline focus and execution quality
  • Delivery of high-impact enterprise commercial initiatives with visible outcomes
  • Clear recognition by senior leadership of a single owner for enterprise wealth commercial performance

Reporting Line

  • Direct report to Managing Director, Regional Wealth Management, with enterprise mandate across the regional Wealth Management franchise.
