About the team
The Live and Monetization Team supports Business Partner moderation efforts to address objectionable or disturbing user-generated content in Live formats across AMS, EMEA and APAC regions.
Our team is dedicated to the review and enforcement of policies to maintain a safe and vibrant platform where creators can interact with users. We work daily to find the right balance between harm prevention and free expression by minimizing leakage and minimizing overkill.
The team is responsible for the daily governance of Business Partner Moderation Teams, including but not limited to managing daily operations, tracking of KPI's and developing strategies for improvements to operational excellence. The team also ensures cost-effective operations through strategic resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for AMS Trust & Safety operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and organizational vision.
- Design and lead complex, scalable operational frameworks that drive efficiency, resilience, and measurable impact across diverse AMS markets and multiple layers of management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee operational performance through rigorous analysis of KPIs and data-driven insights, ensuring delivery of key business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end strategic vendor management across multiple countries, ensuring accountability for performance, strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality services through long-term partnership development.
- Proactively identify and address systemic operational challenges and vendor-related risks through cross-functional collaboration and structured problem-solving.
- Act as a senior liaison with policy, legal, and product teams to ensure Trust & Safety operations are deeply integrated with broader platform safety initiatives.
- Champion and drive enterprise-level transformation and change management programs that elevate the maturity and scalability of Trust & Safety operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and vendor management, preferably within global or multi-regional organizations.
- Proven track record of driving high-impact operational strategies and leading teams in dynamic, fast-paced, and highly complex environments.
- In-depth expertise in Trust & Safety frameworks, risk mitigation, and operational execution at scale.
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong focus on performance measurement, vendor accountability, and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and managing complex organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Extensive experience navigating matrixed organizations and managing diverse stakeholder relationships to align on strategic priorities.
- Proven capability in supporting employee wellbeing within psychologically demanding environments.
- Prior experience working within or supporting social media platforms, with an understanding of content moderation challenges, platform safety policies, and community trust dynamics.
