Job Purpose:

The Regional Head of Growth and Membership for OTT Streaming will play a pivotal role in devising and executing a strategic plan to drive subscriber growth and establish a competitive presence in the rapidly evolving OTT market across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role requires a visionary leader who can spearhead innovative initiatives, enhance user experience, optimize financial performance, and drive revenue increase.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct comprehensive market analysis of the Thai and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, including examination of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and consumer behaviors. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive subscriber growth.
• Keep abreast of evolving business trends, technological advancements, and market insights to drive customer growth and market expansion across APAC.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the generation of novel ideas and implementation of new business models to achieve financial targets and enhance user experience.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders to identify new project opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and sustain business growth.
• Provide strategic advisory support to corporate management in establishing partnerships with global players to expand business opportunities and competitiveness in the Thai market and across APAC.
• Oversee profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for the OTT Streaming business category and market expansion initiatives across Asia.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in the OTT business, 10-12 years in IT broadcast development, or 3-5 years in TV/movie/music on-demand services.
• Proficiency in OTT/streaming platforms, digital services, and interactive business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure business environment.
• Experience in subscription streaming in the B2C area is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading market expansion initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Ability to travel within the APAC region as required.
