HSBC is seeking a Director, Regional Head of Sales for the Energy + Materials (E+M) sector within Global Trade Solutions (GTS). This role focuses on delivering portfolio and sector revenue growth across Europe and the Americas while maintaining robust profitability and returns. You’ll cover pan-European mandates for both headquartered clients and key inbound clients and partner closely with colleagues across CIB and transaction banking. The role centres on developing sectorised solutions across trade and working capital using the full product suite from documentary trade and guarantees to receivables finance and supply chain solutions. You’ll contribute to sales and structuring discussions to strengthen client advisory and deliver bespoke sector-specific outcomes. Success means deeper client relationships, market-leading customer experience and a sales strategy aligned with GTS France, GTS Europe and Americas, Global GTS and CIB.
