What you´ll do

• The Regional Head of Corporate Security, Latin America provides strategic leadership, functional governance, and oversight of the Corporate Security program across Latin America.
• The position is accountable for protecting the company’s people, assets, information, operations, and reputation by establishing regional security priorities and ensuring the effective implementation of global and regional security requirements.
• The role advises regional executives, Country Presidents, business leaders, and site management on security risk, crisis preparedness, business resilience, investigations, travel security, executive and event protection, physical security, supply-chain security, security intelligence, and non-digital information protection.
• The Regional Head leads the regional Corporate Security organization and ensures that security resources, suppliers, systems, and investments are deployed according to risk, business requirements, and corporate standards.

• Strong strategic leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, crisis management, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Security, including security risk and intelligence, physical security, travel security, executive protection, investigations, business resilience, vendor governance, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural and matrix teams, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong ability to use dashboards, data analytics, incident-management platforms, and security technologies for risk-based decision-making.
• Working knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity interfaces.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred or required according to the regional operating model.
