Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 6000000 (ie INR 40-60 LPA)

Min Experience: 15 years

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai

JobType: full-time

  • Executive Collaboration: Establish and sustain robust relationships with C-Level Executives within large enterprise accounts.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth solution delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and market developments to provide innovative solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives within the designated region.
  • Experience in managing a team of five members is required.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Offer sales coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Demonstrated success in IT infrastructure sales, Cyber Security Sales, Networking, MSO (Managed Services), and Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Previous experience in a sales management role, leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Cyber Security products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to develop and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is an advantage.
- Over 15 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a Systems Integrator (SI) background.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure and Cyber Security trends.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and P&L management skills are essential.
