Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Regional Growth Account Manager to join our UniQue International Enterprise Private & Public team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Own and expand existing strategic accounts in Romania, ensuring revenue protection, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute growth strategy across Romania and CEE, identifying whitespace and priority markets
  • Build and execute account and territory plans, aligned with Uni Systems’ portfolio and regional strategy
  • Engage directly with C‑level stakeholders (business and operations)
  • Position Uni Systems as a systems integrator and long‑term transformation partner
  • Articulate and translate customer needs across Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Managed Services & Application Modernization, Customer Experience & Digital Platforms
  • Lead complex sales cycles end‑to‑end, coordinating pre‑sales, delivery, and partners
  • Own pipeline generation, forecasting, deal governance, and execution excellence
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, capable of translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable technology and services initiatives, while owning the full commercial lifecycle from opportunity creation to deal closure
  • Represent the company with credibility, professionalism, and accountability.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven work experience in Enterprise/Strategic Account Management or Growth Sales, ideally within IT services, system integration, or digital transformation
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to grow and protect customer relationships
  • Solid technical understanding enabling meaningful discussions with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and execute with excellence
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills, including executive‑level engagement
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and a multi-country environment
  • Excellent command of Romanian and English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of any CEE or Adriatic language would be considered an advantage.
