As a Regional General Manager – Workstay, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we provide a home away from home for guests in our Workstay villages and holiday parks in resource rich regions.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Workstay, the Regional General Manager ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operating rhythm of Discovery Parks’ Workstay business, which consist of 22 holiday park and worker village properties around Australia. You play a key role in ensuring high quality service standards are maintained across (8 properties in WA, NT and SA / 9 in QLD).
You will ensure consistency in driving service delivery standards and be an integral collaborator with our business development teams to drive growth opportunities.
