  • Build strong relationships with operational teams, franchise partners and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of fleet strategies, operational changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Skills

  • Experience in fleet coordination, car rental, logistics, transport, automotive operations or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting operational data to support decision-making.
  • Strong systems and computer literacy, including experience working with operational reporting tools.
  • Sound judgement and confidence making decisions that support fleet and business objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks across multiple locations and regions.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable approach to work.

All successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check, hold a current full driver’s licence, and have full Australian working rights.
