Through extensive training and education, we are dedicated to developing leaders, who develop leaders, who develop leaders… General Description A Regional Field Supervisor will be responsible for 2-3 other gutter service teams/ crews including their own. This person will be responsible for up to 6 other installers. Their responsibilities range from ensuring everyone is on time to submitting training companions for advancement. This position lightens the management load for the Owner or General Manager. Field Supervisors will directly report to the General Manager or Owner if the General Manager is not in place. The individuals under the Field Supervisor will report directly to the Field Supervisor. Field Supervisors are dependable leaders, buy into the company’s vision, and are exemplary employees. As a Field Supervisor, you lead by example. Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage A Team Of 2-6 Employees. Timeliness, Work Ethic, Training
2. Promotes Strong Team Culture and Morale
3. Supports Management Team and Company Objectives
4. Manage Revenue & RPH For Their Entire Team
5. Successfully Run Their Own Crew/Truck
6. Manage Teams Truck Cleanliness and maintenance
7. Manage Teams Daily Schedules
8. Provide Training for All Team Members
9. Responsible for Upkeep of All Team Members Training Companions
10. Manage Teams Personal Appearance
11. Uphold Safety Culture for the Team
12. Manage Teams Review Tracker
13. Manage Teams Four Corner Sales
14. Manage Teams AWO Goals
15. Book Reports
16. LMS Training up to date for all team members.

Minor Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications:

1. Highly Skilled Gutter Installer (can lead on any job including fascia replacement, typically comes with several years of experience)

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
