The Regional Field Manager is SitelogIQ’s representative with the overall responsibility for management and coordination of multiple projects from the field perspective on At-Risk projects in the eastern region of SitelogIQ Northeast. This includes leading and managing a group of superintendents, assistant superintendents, assistant project managers while interaction with project managers and project coordinators. The Regional Field Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with project scope and schedule while advising on safety protocols and promoting quality (in general holding the project team accountable to project quality assurance). The Regional Field Manger will also participate in Constructability Reviews, the development of bidding schedules, assistance in de-scoping subcontractors. This position will report to the Regional Director of Operations–East (with substantial interaction with the VP of OPS) and participate in the Construction Resources Group.
Occasional travel is required for this role, including [e.g., site visits, client meetings, conferences].
This position is performed at active construction sites and requires frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The role involves walking on uneven ground, climbing ladders, and operating around heavy machinery. The noise level is typically loud, and the employee may be exposed to dust, debris, and hazardous materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety vests, and steel-toed boots must be worn as required.
This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work hours may include early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends depending on project timelines. Travel to various job sites within Allentown is required.
