About the Role:
Join the team that oversees operations and maintenance of Baird’s real estate portfolio within a designated region. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring properties within your region are operating efficiently, compliant with regulations, and aligned with client expectations - all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
You’ll conduct regular site inspections, manage maintenance activities, and lead client communications to ensure transparency and satisfaction. The Impact You'll Make:
Facilitate communication between departments, vendors, and the CREW team to support continuous improvement and anticipate future needs.
Collaborate with Construction Project Managers to implement industry best practices across Baird’s real estate portfolio.
Manage and delegate daily property maintenance requests within Baird’s portfolio.
Oversee preventative and proactive maintenance operations for a regional portfolio.
Coordinate with vendors to maintain service standards, resolve issues, ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks, and adhere to scheduled reporting.
Support bid procurement and Vendor Service Agreements.
Conduct quarterly inspections and manage office facilities.
Maintain regional facilities records, including invoicing and expenditure management.
Develop strategic property management objectives, assist in preparing capital project budgets, and compile operating budget reports.
Assist with customer site surveys to enable installation of services.
