Regional Facilities Manager – Senior Services

Multi-State (MA, NH, VT) | 💰 $100K–$120K

This Role Owns the Environment That Enables Care.

We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager who doesn’t just manage buildings—but drives performance, ensures compliance, and takes full ownership of operations across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, high-accountability leadership role.

You will:

  • Oversee multi-site facility operations across New England
  • Drive regulatory compliance (OSHA, CMS, HUD, DPH)
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and cost performance
  • Lead capital projects, renovations, and space planning
  • Build and enforce preventative maintenance programs
  • Respond to critical facility needs and emergencies

You’re not supporting operations—you’re owning them.

What Success Looks Like

  • 95%+ preventative maintenance completion
  • ≤ 24–48 hour response times
  • Zero repeat compliance issues
  • Projects delivered on time and on budget
  • Measurable cost savings and operational efficiency

Who You Are

You’re a builder, problem-solver, and operator.

  • 5–7+ years in facilities management
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance and building systems
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and vendors
  • You take ownership, move fast, and deliver results
