Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage events efficiently based on user growth paths and event scenarios to effectively engage active and core users, enhancing user retention.
• Monitor and analyze user operation data, ensuring events align with operational goals, are executed as planned, and deliver measurable results.
• Research industry events and participate in optimizing existing event strategies.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
• Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more.
• Strong learning ability and a detail-oriented, responsible work attitude.
• Basic data processing and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in the Web3 industry.
• Understanding of Web3 event operations or relevant internship experience.
• Ability to identify global trends and develop event strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in English as a working language or fluency in other languages such as Russian, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Italian, Ukrainian, German, French, Hindi, Urdu, etc.

岗位职责：

• 根据用户成长路径和活动场景，负责运营活动的高效落地，有效激励活跃用户和核心用户，提升用户留存率。
• 监控、分析用户运营数据， 通过活动运营掌握运营目标，按节点推进活动顺利进行，并监控活动效果。
• 研究与参考行业活动，参与对现有活动的优化与策略调整。

岗位要求：

• 优秀院校本科或者研究生在校学生，能立即到岗优先。
• 可以稳定实习3个月以上，能够保证6个月以上实习者优先。
• 有快速学习能力以及严谨负责的工作态度。
• 具备一定的数据处理能力和总结梳理能力。
• 善于交流沟通，对Web3行业有学习兴趣。
• 了解Web3活动运营或者有相关实习经验，能够敏锐察觉全球时下热点制定相应活动方案或主题策划。
• 能够将英语作为工作语言，或者掌握俄语、韩语、越南语、西语、葡语、波兰语、土
• 其语、阿拉伯语、意大利语、乌克兰语、德语、法语、印地语、乌尔都语等小语种。
