Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS Regional Manager to strengthen our Health, Safety & Environmental performance across multiple sites. If you are passionate about coaching teams, driving safety culture, and ensuring compliance, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

• Drive “Five Zeroes” Safety Performance across sites.
• Coach and mentor site EHS Managers and support competency development.
• Ensure compliance with company, legislative and insurance EHS standards.
• Support ISO 14001 / 18001 systems, audits, incident investigations and reporting.
• Facilitate best practice sharing and build a strong regional EHS network.
• Lead safety culture initiatives including GEMBA walks and training.
• Guide risk reduction plans, CAPEX alignment and security improvement actions.
• Support contingency planning, emergency readiness and fire safety.

• Degree in EHS, Engineering or related field desirable but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, Health, Fire & Environmental regulations (DSEAR preferred).
• Fluent in English and basic German would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel 35-50%
• Excellent influencing, coaching, communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and change leadership capabilities.
