
We are looking for a fixed term Centre Administrator to support our kaiako, whānau and Centre Managers across our Martinborough, Carterton and Greytown centres. This part time maternity cover role offers 30 hours per week through to February 2027 for an organised professional who brings warmth and accuracy to their mahi.

Every role is vital, and you will work across our different environments to ensure our systems run smoothly and our families feel supported. We work together to foster whanaungatanga and active exploration for our tamariki.
About you
Administration experience in ECE or a similar service organisation
Exceptional attention to detail,confidentialityand accuracy
Strong communicationskills and a warm, professional nature
Ability to work with initiative and manage your own time in a busy setting
Tech savvy with good MS Office and system skills
Understanding of ECE legislation, 20 hours ECE and WINZ subsidies is a bonus
The mahi:
Manage enrolments and Child Management System accuracy
First point of call for all internal and external administrative queries
Build high quality relationships with parents and whānau
Handle invoicing, parentpaymentsand debtor follow up
Support families with WINZ applications and subsidies
Provide payroll support and reconcile staff timesheets
Coordinate information between the centre and our Support Office
Assist the Centre Manager with general administration and health and safety records
