Job Description

ROLE: Lynden Door Trucking, LLC is a growing, family-owned transportation and logistics company, looking for full-time Class A - Regional Driver to join us working from our Wilsonville OR 97070 location.

The driver in this role will be gone 3-4 nights a week, and home for the weekend.

This will mostly be a heavy haul route at 102,000 Gross.

We are a common carrier licensed to haul all types of freight, which includes our own wood doors and door products.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Dry Van
• Regional lanes running to Oregon, Washington and Northern California mostly, allowing the driver to be home every weekend.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Regional Drivers’ starting wage average is $77,000 - $90,000/ annually- based on 50 hours/week.
• Steady work throughout the year.
• Class A Drivers are paid hourly based on both on duty and drive time.
• Overtime is paid for all hours worked in a week over 40.

Quarterly Performance Bonuses; Up to $400.00. Eligible after the first full quarter, following the 90-day probation period.

Gold Star Bonus; annual bonus of $400.00, Eligible after one full year of employment.

CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Must be able to pass a company pre-employment drive test.
• Class A drivers must be able to provide a good driving abstract.
• Physically fit enough to chain up, climb into trailer to secure your load, open the hood of your truck for inspections, help with unloading if needed, etc.
• OTR and mountain driving experience is a plus.
• Job offers are based on passing a DOT drug test as required by law.
• Must have good customer service skills and the ability to represent our company well.
