In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth across South Asia markets, focusing on overall business performance and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, user journeys, and conversion across key travel use cases.
  • Own and monitor market performance, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to headquarters.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Flights, Hotels, and Vacation businesses (commercial, product, operations) to enhance end-to-end platform experience.
  • Analyse product and business performance using data and BI tools, continuously optimizing conversion, supply quality, and user engagement.
  • Drive execution of regional initiatives in alignment with global strategy and local market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across local and global teams while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and operational standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics across South Asia markets.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • 8+ years of experience in travel, e-commerce, or digital industries, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the South Asia travel landscape, including cross-border and regional dynamics.
  • Experience in growth, partnership, commercial, product, or general management roles with a strong analytical mindset (marketing experience is a plus, but not the core focus).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple teams across markets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently — approximately 50% of time across APAC markets.
