Purpose
As the Regional Director for Product Design & Deployment for Salesforce in International Commercial Banking, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the user experience for Relationship Managers. Your mission is to deploy a Salesforce CRM tool that meets user expectations, driving widespread adoption across the region. By prioritizing excellent client experience in the tool's design, you will directly contribute to enhancing the client experience for Relationship Managers, fostering stronger client relationships and employee satisfaction.
You will collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders to ensure the tool aligns with the desired user experience, business needs, regulatory requirements, and the overarching technology and data strategy, aligned with the Global Commercial Ecosystem. A great product is essential for ensuring optimal sales effectiveness, empowering Relationship Managers to perform at their best and achieve outstanding results, increasing productivity. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring the tool evolves to meet the changing needs of the business and its users.
