What is the role?
Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Store Operations, the Regional Director Corporate Store Operations is responsible for all activities and sales results in the territory assigned. The Regional Director Corporate Store Operations ensures that the stores of a designated geographical region make sales goals and attain profitability for the short and long term by developing a strategy and vision to ensure people development, maximum productivity and profitability, business growth, customer service and compliance with Company procedures. Builds and develops a high-performance District Management teams.

Compensation:
The targeted salary range for this position is $118,700 - $140,000annually. The final offer will be based on factors such as market location, relevant skills,experienceand internal equity.
