What's the Role?

At Dexterra Group, we create exceptional customer experiences that make a meaningful impact for our clients and the communities we serve. Our Remote Services team supports large-scale operations in some of Canada’s most dynamic and essential industries.

We’re hiring a Regional Director of Sales to lead growth across Western Canada — driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team within our Remote Services division.

What You'll Do

Drive Growth & Market Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales and business development strategies
  • Deliver on revenue, profitability, and growth targets across the Western Remote Services portfolio
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
  • Establish clear sales targets, budgets, and account strategies that strengthen market position

Build Strategic Client Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients across the region
  • Expand existing partnerships and increase share of wallet
  • Act as a trusted advisor, supporting long-term client growth and retention
  • Represent Dexterra in industry networks and client forums

Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a sales and business development team
  • Establish KPIs and drive accountability across pipeline management and forecasting
  • Foster a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Support succession planning and team capability development

Enable Strong Execution & Collaboration

  • Align sales efforts with operations, estimating, and marketing teams
  • Stay actively engaged in key pursuits and major opportunities
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the client portfolio
  • Drive consistency in sales processes, tools, and reporting

Qualifications

  • You bring a strong commercial mindset and know how to translate strategy into results.
  • You are disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • You build trusted relationships quickly and maintain strong executive presence.
  • You lead with clarity, accountability, and a focus on team development.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and connect teams to deliver client value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, multi-service or enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years in senior strategic sales roles.
  • Proven success delivering revenue growth and managing large client portfolios.
  • Strong experience developing account strategies and sales frameworks.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Western Canada.
  • Travel required (approximately 30–35%).
  • Occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
