Supervises: The Regional Director of Programs supervises Senior Program Directors for Campus-Based Services.
Starting Range: $7,500 monthly (contingent on experience)

The Regional Director of Programs (RDP) has primary responsibility for the development and implementation of agency programs and service delivery, as well as the leadership of the campus-based program and target program staff. The Regional Director of Programs provides the necessary level of contract management, administrative oversight, training, and supervision to ensure that the expectations of funders, partners, constituents, clients, and community stakeholders are met.
The Regional Director of Programs must have successful program and contract management experience; be an outstanding communicator (both written and verbal); have excellent organizational and time management skills; have experience with grant management, budget management, grants and contract administration; and have proven ability to provide team management and supervision and support to individual team members. The RDP must be able to effectively collaborate with internal staff and external organizations, manage priorities in a dynamic environment, and understand the nature and challenges of a non-profit organization.
