Acceleration Academies partners with K-12 school districts nationwide to re-engage Graduation Candidates through innovative and personalized educational models. We emphasize equity, inclusivity, and academic excellence while empowering Graduation Candidates to achieve their goals.

The Regional Director, Partner Success is responsible for managing and strengthening K-12 district partnerships within an assigned region, with a primary focus on Florida and Georgia. This role supports partner satisfaction, retention, contract alignment, renewal readiness, and appropriate growth opportunities within existing partnerships.

This position serves as a key relationship partner to district leaders while working closely with internal teams, RVPs, and executive leadership to address partner needs, monitor partnership health, support audit and compliance-related follow-up, and reinforce the value of Acceleration Academies’ programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner for district leadership, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with superintendents, board members, district leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of assigned district contracts, service expectations, commitments, deliverables, and partnership requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address partner needs to support satisfaction, retention, contract alignment, and organizational goals.
  • Support partner retention, renewal readiness, and appropriate upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Develop and execute partner success plans for each assigned district, focusing on partner satisfaction, retention, renewal readiness, partnership health, and appropriate growth opportunities.
  • Use evidence-based insights, including enrollment trends, funding metrics, Graduation Candidate outcomes, engagement trends, and satisfaction indicators, to customize support and recommendations for districts.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, including enrollment growth, Graduation Candidate outcomes, engagement trends, and satisfaction indicators.
  • Leverage data analysis tools, including Excel and Sheets, to manage and interpret performance data and inform partner success strategy.
  • Present regular updates to district stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, partnership health, and actionable insights.

Partnership Operations & Compliance Support

  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders to monitor partnership health, review contract-related requirements, identify potential risks or gaps, and support follow-through on action items.
  • Support audit and compliance-related reviews connected to district contracts, partner expectations, required deliverables, documentation needs, and operational follow-up.
  • Assist with identifying, organizing, and tracking audit and compliance-related items that may require action from Operations, RVPs, executive leadership, or other internal teams.
  • Escalate potential contract, compliance, audit, or partner concerns to the appropriate internal leaders and support timely follow-through.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, sales, finance, and product, to support seamless service delivery, partner experience, and internal alignment.
  • Partner with sales, finance, operations, and executive leadership on renewal and expansion discussions.
  • Support the development of materials, presentations, partner-facing communications, renewal materials, and RFP responses that reinforce partnership value and growth opportunities.
  • Represent Acceleration Academies at district meetings, community events, and conferences to strengthen visibility and partnership engagement.
  • Facilitate proactive issue resolution to maintain alignment with partner expectations and organizational goals.
  • Support change management initiatives that help Acceleration Academies adapt to evolving partner needs and organizational priorities.

Continuous Improvement & Mission Alignment

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance the customer and partner experience
  • Support innovation in district partnerships by integrating evidence-based practices and appropriate EdTech tools.
  • Leverage CRM tools for account tracking, partner communications, and visibility into engagement trends.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence by addressing the unique needs of diverse Graduation Candidate populations.
  • Advocate for equity-focused practices that align with Acceleration Academies’ mission and values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs, partner requirements, and organizational priorities.

Desired Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner success, educational partnerships, district partnerships, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience supporting K-12 districts, education organizations, public-sector partners, or complex customer relationships.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to support partner satisfaction, retention, renewal readiness, and growth opportunities.
  • Ability to understand district contracts, partner expectations, compliance requirements, audit-related needs, and service commitments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights and support partner success.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Sheets, CRM tools, and other systems used to track partner activity, performance, and engagement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and issue-resolution skills, including the ability to work with district leaders, internal teams, RVPs, and executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with K-12 funding models, FERPA, Title I, EdTech tools, LMS platforms, or program evaluation methods preferred.
  • Certification or experience in change management methodologies, including Prosci or ADKAR, preferred.
