Bonaventure Senior Living has an exciting job opening for a Regional Director of Operations!

The Regional Director of Operations oversees financial performance across our senior living communities in an assigned region in Washington. This hands-on leadership role requires spending time in the communities you oversee, working alongside the Executive Directors and their teams to strengthen operations, improve census, and create an exceptional resident experience.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in senior living operations and sales. Success in this role requires building strong relationships, developing teams, and turning goals into action. By spending time in the communities, coaching, and providing ongoing support, you’ll help each community in your region achieve lasting success.

What does a Regional Director of Operations do for Bonaventure?

The Regional Director of Operations manages the on-site operations primarily through each community Executive Director. They oversee all facets of operations including census development, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team member satisfaction. They also inspect what they expect for all aspects of operations.

Qualifications

• Successful experience as a Regional Director of Operations or an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Hold an Administrator’s License or be able to obtain one.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Proficient in English reading and writing
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
