Job Description

Our client is a business-to-business (B2B) solutions provider based in the US that supports manufacturers by supplying specialized materials essential for production. Rather than producing these materials themselves, the company acts as a trusted partner between global material manufacturers and industrial clients, helping source products such as adhesives, sealants, coatings, solder, and other specialty materials. These solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, electronics, transportation, energy, and general manufacturing, ensuring that clients have access to the right materials needed to build and maintain high-performance products.

This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, customer focused and solutions driven company. It values accountability, continuous learning and adaptability in a fast paced and evolving company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee HR operations for all sites within the region, ensuring consistent implementation of the policies, procedures, and values.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor HR strategies that support organizational growth, talent retention, and employee engagement.

  • Establish and maintain strong employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment that reflects the culture of respect, equity, and collaboration.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and guidance to managers, and facilitate employee development and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, federal, and global regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic change.
  • Support organizational change, mergers, and acquisitions by managing employee transitions and maintaining morale.
