The Opportunity
CarePoint Response is seeking an accomplished Regional Director of Human Resources to lead the organization's HR function across its expanding service regions.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can operate at both the strategic and operational levelsātranslating organizational priorities into workforce strategy while ensuring HR delivers responsive, accurate, compliant, and effective services.
The Regional Director will serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders and provide leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, HR systems, organizational development, engagement, compliance, and change management. The Successful Leader
The successful candidate will bring more than technical HR expertise. We are looking for someone who can connect people strategy with organizational performance.
You should be comfortable advising executives, interpreting complex employment requirements, using workforce data to make decisions, leading organizational change, developing managers, navigating difficult employee matters, and simultaneously building an HR function capable of supporting organizational growth.
Success will require strong business acumen, ethical judgment, analytical capability, executive communication, relationship management, organizational leadership, and the ability to influence without relying solely on positional authority.
