The Regional Director of Home Health Operations provides administrative leadership and management oversight, consultation, and direction to home health agency operations for Trinity Health at Home. Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of local clinical operational plans at assigned home health agencies. Responsible for clinical service provision, high quality care, and attainment of clinical, operational and financial metrics of home health agency operations. Collaborative partnership development with RHMs, ACOs, and Senior Living facilities to promote innovative care delivery models responsive to identified needs.

Benefits
Pay Range: $58.45 - $93.51 per hour (wage is based on years of experience, education, skill set, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, nursing or a related field or comparable experience is required. Master preferred.
Working and current knowledge of various State and Federal regulations including Medicare Conditions of Participation for home health agencies and state licensing regulations for home health.
Able to apply a thorough knowledge of home health care delivery models and relevant financial acumen.
Minimum of ten years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in home health administration with a minimum of five years of experience in home health operations/management/leadership is preferred.
Must possess proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to the principles and practice of home health services.
Significant management experience in home health operations with P&L responsibility, business development, and operational and clinical compliance.
Experience in leading process and quality improvement initiatives related to MDQI plans at assigned agency.
Management experience in homecare operations including clinical operations and clinical compliance.
Travel may be required.
