Regional Director of Clinical Services

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Annual Salary

A growing regional skilled nursing and post-acute operator is looking for a REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES to lead clinical quality across its Maryland buildings. Position Description

You will serve as the regional clinical leader for a growing regional skilled nursing and post-acute operator, overseeing Directors of Nursing, clinical quality and survey readiness across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Maryland. You will travel between buildings, coach nursing leadership and partner with operations on regulatory compliance and resident outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Maryland, BSN required and MSN preferred
• Experience as a Director of Nursing or in regional clinical leadership in skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of survey readiness, clinical quality and regulatory compliance
• Comfortable traveling between facilities across the region

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical quality and survey readiness across the Maryland buildings
• Lead and develop Directors of Nursing and facility clinical teams
• Partner with operations leadership on regulatory compliance and resident outcomes
• Monitor clinical metrics and drive improvement across the region
