Artlist is in a period of rapid expansion, and we’re looking for a Regional Director of North America to lead all commercial operations for the region from our New York City office. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Sales, you will own revenue performance, drive market penetration, and scale our presence across North America. You will oversee our NYC-based Account Executive and Account Management teams, guiding them to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and consistently raises the bar in both strategy and execution.

Benefits & Perks:
This position has a base salary range of $210,000 to $250,000, with additional earning potential through commissions. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
