The Regional Director, Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) provides strategic, scientific, and people leadership for a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons focused on central nervous system (CNS) disorders, with a primary emphasis on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This field-based leadership role is responsible for overseeing regional medical strategy execution, coaching and developing MSLs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
The Regional Director serves as a critical bridge between Field Medical, Medical Affairs leadership, and cross-functional partners, enabling insight-driven decision-making and consistent execution of the company’s medical strategy in a small- to medium-sized biopharmaceutical environment.

Pay Range $240,000—$260,000 USD
