
The Regional Director provides leadership and vision for all assigned programs and services. This role is responsible for operational oversight, administrative processes, reporting procedures, and people systems to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency, financial stability, and strategic growth. The Regional Director plans, implements, administers, and evaluates program performance while coordinating resources to maximize outcomes for individuals served.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Program Operations & Coordination
a. Direct assigned service lines to achieve outcomes related to quality, satisfaction, productivity, and growth.
b. Serve as subject matter expert on service lines, including regulations and industry trends.
c. Implement and enforce program procedures to improve effectiveness.
d. Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards.
e. Oversee referrals, intake processes, and waiting lists.
f. Ensure services align with individual goals and desired outcomes.
2. Data Management & Compliance
a. Oversee program documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
b. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
c. Develop reports and analyze data as requested.
d. Monitor funding documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
e. Participate in Audits, Accreditation, Surveys, and other regulatory reviews internally and externally as requested.
3. Program Development & Community Relations
a. Participate in internal and external committees.
b. Evaluate existing programs and recommend improvements or new services.
c. Assist with fundraising, grant writing and reporting as needed.
d. Assist with community outreach as needed.
e. Present program information to stakeholders and professionals.
f. Assess customer and stakeholder satisfaction to drive improvements.
4. Fiscal Management & Growth
a. Develop and manage program budgets and financial performance.
b. Monitor financial outcomes against projections and growth goals.
c. Oversee billing-related systems including authorizations and plans of care.
d. Ensure accurate documentation to support funding and reimbursement.
e. Market services to funding sources and community partners to support growth.
5. Sycamore Services Team
a. Promote and uphold the agency mission statement.
b. Foster teamwork through mutual respect and collaboration.
c. Partner with leadership to align service line priorities with organizational goals.
d. Assist co-workers and support overall team success.
e. Perform other duties as assigned.
