You’ll coach and inspire your team, develop account strategies, and build C-level relationships to expand use cases and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage new B2B clients across the CEE region, prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market.

  • Drive outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches, and convert inbound leads within the territory.

  • Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders, clearly communicating the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio.

  • Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure zero attrition across the book of business.

  • Drive growth by identifying new use cases and expanding solutions through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Lead account strategies and governance to ensure alignment with client objectives.

  • Champion customer advocacy through events, case studies, and testimonials.

Team Leadership

  • Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support.

  • Implement MEDDPICC and execute against best-practice frameworks to optimize performance.

  • Deploy resources strategically to maximize market impact and deliver results.

  • Enhance customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty, measured through NPS.

Operating Rhythm & Market Insight

  • Maintain a healthy, up-to-date sales pipeline, with client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts accurately documented in Salesforce CRM.
  • Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Polish, Russian and English.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced sales within technology and SaaS, with demonstrated experience in B2B business development.

  • Expertise in AML, Fraud, and Financial Crime Compliance.

  • Directed Enterprise and Mid-Tier account strategies while actively contributing to sales performance.

  • Skilled in MEDDPICC coaching and methodologies such as GROW and Situational Leadership.

  • Proven record of driving growth and exceeding business objectives in complex organizations.

  • Experience building and managing C-level relationships, using value-based, customer-centric methodologies.

  • Ability to hire, develop high-performing talent, and manage underperformance.

  • Advocate for diversity, succession planning, and talent management to enhance customer outcomes.
