This is a high-impact leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll oversee the financial, operational and customer-service delivery of your region, ensuring estates are safe, compliant, well maintained and managed with care.

  • Ensure robust compliance across health and safety, insurance, lease obligations and relevant property legislation.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new estates, while identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we work.

What you’ll bring

You will be an experienced, commercially minded property professional with a genuine passion for customer service and people leadership. You’ll be confident interpreting financial information, resolving complex issues and making sound decisions under pressure.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • MTPI and/or RICS qualifications are desirable.

Why Work with Us?:

  • Great Team Environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.

About Encore

Managing property as though we live there

Our mission is to make places better and deliver a brilliant residential property management experience. As property professionals, we created Encore in 2004 following our own experience of receiving poor management and the difficulty of finding a managing agent with the right aptitude and attitude. We chose the name Encore because it symbolises a great performance - which is what we strive to deliver. From the beginning we've adopted the philosophy of ‘taking care of your property as though we live there'.

Professional service through a proactive approach

Our approach is based on the following principles:

- Quality people with time to manage

- Operational structure and rigour

- Well-honed systems that work

- Maintenance and compliance under control

- Financial control

- Professionalism and pride

We work WITH you.
