Job DetailsJob Location: 2330 Bronx Park East Residence - Bronx, NY 10467Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $128,000.00 - $128,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesJOB SCOPE: The Regional Director works with Residential Program Directors and PCMH Administration to maintain the Residential Programs within the division. The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that all residential programs are maintained in compliance with applicable regulatory standards set forth by the NYS Office of Mental Health, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, NYC Department of Homeless Services, and or the United States Department of Housing and Development. Fosters empowerment of the Program Directors and provides leadership through management by inclusion. Major areas of responsibility include oversight of the clinical, operational, and financial functions of the residential programs. Assists the Deputy Vice President of Residential Operations as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists the Deputy Vice President of Residential Operations in overseeing residential programs and buildings.

• Directly supervises Program Directors as assigned and serves as a consultant to all
managers 24 hours a day. Conducts individual supervision with the Program Directors on
a weekly basis or as needed.
• Monitors compliance will all applicable safety code and regulatory requirements. Ensures
compliant at each site though review of Administrative Binders, Charts, and Logs.
• Prepares each site for external reviews and is present for the review process.
• Conducts and participates in resident case conferences.
• Reviews and responds to resident complaints and grievances.
• Reviews Residential Incident Reporting, including but not limited to OMH and DHS
reports. Conducts Special Investigations as needed.
• Reviews admissions and discharges for each residence. Assists with housing court cases
and 595 Administrative Discharges, where applicable.
• Assists with preparation of reports required by regulatory agencies and participates in the
start-up of new residential programs.
• Assists with financial planning and purchasing. Reviews all purchase orders, petty cash,
and resident arrears.
• Supervises the Per Diem Staff and tracks Per Diems usage. Facilitates the quarterly Per
Diem Meetings.
• Reviews hiring documentation and assists with the hiring process as needed.
• Represents the agency in conferences and meetings.
• Serves as a liaison between the agency and the community and regulatory agencies.
• Assists with the development of educational and training needs for the Residential
Division.
• Coordinates services and resources for residential programs by working closely with
PCMH administrators.
• Serves as interim Program Director when managerial vacancies occur.
• Keeps PCMH Administrators aware of significant events within the Residential Division.
• Where applicable, helps to ensure compliance with LIHTC regulatory requirements,
including working with residents to obtain required documentation.
• Perform other duties, consistent with the goals and objectives of the programs, as assigned
by the Deputy Vice President of Residential Operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Mental Health discipline or related field is required.
• Minimum five (5) years management experience in the mental health field.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and publishing
software.
