Job Description

The Regional Director role is an exciting opportunity where talent and work ethic will create financial success for both the business and individual. This position oversees Managers and operations for 10-12 health clubs. The Regional Director will manage and lead the sales teams of each club in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, and creates a fun work environment for our employees and members.

While there will be remote work involved, you must be based in/willing to relocate to Columbus, GA. So, who are we looking for?

Someone that has Health Club Management Experience.

Someone that understands and thrives in production-based business.

• At the end of the day, numbers are what matter.
• You MUST be comfortable in coaching others and motivating multiple sales team. Therefore, sales experience is a plus.
