Your new opportunity:
Located in Dubbo, Orange or Bathurst, the Regional Director is responsible for the Operational performance of their team while leading by example and providing support, mentoring, engagement initiatives and constant communication to their team of Valuers.
The Regional Director will lead change initiatives and ensure Opteon processes are embedded. Proactive performance management is essential with consistent performance reporting including TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets, setting and making improvements to enhance overall performance of their team.
