- Regional Team Leadership & Enablement
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop individual DPMMs and the broader regional team, fostering continuous growth.
- Ensure comprehensive readiness across DPMMs through structured onboarding, ongoing training, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Build a high-performing, scalable team model that is fully aligned with global program standards.
- Foster a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence within the team.
- Stakeholder Management & Microsoft Alignment
- Act as the primary regional liaison and trusted point of contact for all Microsoft stakeholders.
- Ensure strict alignment to Microsoft's Commercial Solution Area (CSA) priorities, solution plays, incentive programs, and GTM motions.
- Partner closely with Microsoft field teams, Corporate program owners, and partner ecosystem leaders.
- Represent the DPMM program effectively in regional governance forums and leadership discussions.
- Frameworks, Tools & Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent adoption of global frameworks, templates, and playbooks across the region.
- Drive operational rigor across all phases, including onboarding, GTM planning, referral tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of global program design and tools.
- Standardize processes where beneficial, while enabling regional flexibility where necessary.
- Escalation & Continuous Improvement
- Own regional escalation management, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and within defined SLAs.
- Partner with global program leadership to drive structural improvements and systemic enhancements.
- Identify recurring challenges and develop and implement scalable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement across program delivery, overall performance, and the partner experience.
Success Profile (Critical Capabilities): The ideal candidate will possess the following critical capabilities:
