Key Responsibilities:
• Validate the monthly statistical baseline generated by in-house model.
• Review forecast stability (<5% cycle-on-cycle), attainment (90–110%), and bias trends.
• Provide feedback to the CoE on outlier detection, model behavior, and learning opportunities.
• Review baseline/ NPL opportunities and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain an updated event calendar by market and channel (HTSMs, launches, promos).
• Support cleansing of historical one-time events in collaboration with the CoE.
• Distinguish seasonal vs. non-seasonal outliers and document regional inputs.
• Create and update sales drivers in O9 (promotions, pricing, distribution, IBP decisions, etc).
• Replace manual overrides with structured drivers, aligned to marketing and finance.
• Lead the Demand Review preparation, consolidating statistical baseline + commercial drivers.
• Present risk and opportunity scenarios and ensure forecast alignment to retail sales trend.
• Partner with IBP Leads on priority mitigation plans for performance gaps.
• Support New Product Launch (NPL) forecasting (pre- and post-launch) and governor reconciliation.
• Validate predecessor assignments and program sizing inputs.
• Track WFA, FVA, Bias, Stability, and Attainment KPIs for assigned clusters/brands.
