Job Description

Keyloop bridges the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers and car buyers.

We empower car dealers and manufacturers to fully embrace digital transformation. How? By creating innovative technology that makes selling cars better for our customers, and buying and owning cars better for theirs.

We use cutting-edge technology to link our clients’ systems, departments and sites. We provide an open technology platform that’s shaping the industry for the future. We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?

The Regional Delivery Director owns the full professional services portfolio across Canada. You are accountable for delivery outcomes, revenue performance, team capability, and customer success across every project in your region. You operate as both a senior delivery leader and a commercial owner — ensuring projects are well-scoped, contracted, and executed to schedule, margin, and quality commitments. You sit within the Global PS Leadership Team and carry responsibility for contributing to functional strategy alongside regional execution.

This is a high-ownership role. You are the customer's primary escalation point and the business's first line of accountability for regional PS performance. You will be expected to challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement, and represent the region with presence and commercial authority.

  • Proven track record leading PS or delivery teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen — experienced in forecasting, margin management, and contributing to the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream delivery portfolios at regional scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: able to operate credibly at C-suite level with customers and internally.
  • Process-driven with a track record of delivering through significant change and ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to identify trends, make decisions, and drive performance.
  • Proven people leader: builds high-performing teams, develops individuals, and creates accountable cultures.
  • Outstanding communication skills — written, verbal, and executive presentation.
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple priorities simultaneously without losing quality or customer focus.
  • Knowledge of the automotive dealer or vehicle retail industry.
  • Experience with productised PS frameworks or tiered onboarding programmes (e.g. Traction-type models).
  • Familiarity with co-delivery partner / elastic capacity models.
  • Experience managing GOC or offshore delivery team integration.
