
The Regional Delivery Director serves as a Culture, Brand, and Customer Experience ambassador for their assigned region and across the company. This role oversees a portfolio primarily made up of Third-Party Logistic (3PL) carriers and supports the market of stores indirectly through delivery operations. Acting as both liaison and subject matter expert, the Regional Delivery Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, DC Operations, Inventory Control, and more.
This leader is accountable for meeting and exceeding financial, operational, and customer experience targets, while managing and improving people and processes. Success is rooted in transparent, positive leadership that reflects “The Bob’s Way.”
