Job Description

• Conduct working visits and direct field visits to ensure that work programs are implemented in accordance with predetermined schedules and standards.
• Ensuring that fruits can be harvested efficiently and in accordance with standards and no delays in shipments to factories.
• Coordinate harvesting for the fruit to be delivered to the factory in accordance with the processing capacity and not to cause the fruit restans in the garden.
• Ensure the operational costs of the gardens, techniques and offices are carried out effectively and in accordance with the budget.
• Develop an annual RC operational budget based on the next year's work plan and the realization of the current year's costs.
• Ensure that all buildings, work environment, office, vehicles and garden equipment and others are in good condition.
• Ensure that the waste management facilities are well maintained and the distribution process is carried out according to the procedure.
• Inculcating discipline to ensure that safety / workplace safety procedures are carried out by workers at all times.
• Continually improving the existing work standards in the gardens under it.
• Assist the development of new techniques and procedures in order to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the garden operations.
• Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
• Within the scope of its staffs to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company.
• Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if necessary) in the Agronomy Division line on a continuous basis.
