Position : Regional Contract Logistic Operations Supervisor

Hatch Asia Consulting is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider in the Asia Pacific region. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement in our operations.

As the Regional Contract Logistic Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contract logistics services across multiple locations in the Asia Pacific region. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our contracts, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and manage Warehouse Storage Agreements (WSAs) and all associated legal documentation with suppliers

• Verify supplier liability insurance requirements against established coverage precedents to maintain consistent standards across all suppliers
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clarify contract queries, negotiate terms, and ensure timely execution of agreements
• Maintain accurate, organised records of all signed agreements, amendments, and valid insurance certificates for audit and compliance purposes
• Coordinate EDI enablement and customer portal access as part of the standard onboarding workflow
• Follow, test, and refine the supplier onboarding framework to ensure consistent, repeatable processes for all new accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier operational and system-related enquiries
  

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of working experience in contract logistics within the freight forwading and supply chain industries.
• Working knowledge of WMS platforms, EDI workflows, and customer portal systems
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations
• Sound and relevant experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, account management, or a related operations function
