
General Job Description:
In collaboration with other department managers and under the supervision of the Director of Construction Operations, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations, strategic planning and personnel management of the Sheetmetal Field, Area and Regional Superintendents across multiple states.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct regular department meetings (i.e.: Superintendent, GeneralForeperson and Forepersonmeetings)
Prepare for and attend pre-bid & post-bidinterviews
Ensure department’s participation in project kick-off, mid-job andwrap-up meetings
Review and track project laborbudgets
Provideinputtotoolroommanageronstandardtoolsrequiredfortradespecific use and promote responsible use and return of company issued tools and equipment
Engage with employer groups and labor relations representatives to create and foster meaningful, long-term relationships that support company goalsincluding defending and resolving labordisputes
Understand and ensure compliance with applicable union CollectiveBargaining Agreements
Assist Director in department budget and financialplanning
Knowledge of current building and mechanicalcode
Submittal standards library and submittal creationprocess
Assist Director in department fleetmanagement

This position is for signatory employees and wages will be aligned with the current Collective Bargaining Agreements.
