Reporting to the Collections Services Manager - Northern Region - You will be responsible for:
Operational Management - including ensuring operations are safe, legally, environmentally and ethically compliant, sufficiently resourced and delivered to budget
Leading a team of high performers to a continuing high standard and achievement of goals, as well as maintaining positive relationships with operational teams, Fleet, Procurement, sales, administration and compliance.
Ensuring excellent working relationships with customers and other key external stakeholders
Strategy and planning to contribute to ongoing business development and maintaining awareness of internal and external considerations, market trends, business intelligence and opportunities for innovation
Finance management and reporting including regular financial and operational reports, assistance with budgets, adherence to governance and financial modelling of strategic plans and cost saving initiatives
Tertiary qualifications in business or relevant experience
A high focus on leadership and development of teams
Demonstrated success in managing safety and environmental matters
A current drivers licence
Excellent communication skills and a high interpersonal approach
