Our goal is to generate the greatest possible value from recyclable goods by optimizing take-back processes. We work with manufacturers, retailers and government organizations in over 80 countries, enabling smooth circular material flows and maximizing resource efficiency.

Our vision is to save important resources and create a better planet for future generations through a sustainable circular economy. Our core values drive everything we do. We believe in promoting a supportive environment for our colleagues, delivering exceptional service to our customers, contributing to the community, and working towards a more sustainable environment If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

About the role

The role involves identifying and proposing local partners, including authorities, retailers, collectors, companies, and educational institutions, with the objective of expanding the collection network and increasing geographic coverage. It also includes managing a portfolio of clients and partners to ensure efficient collaboration aligned with company standards.

The position is responsible for negotiating and signing contracts or protocols with local partners, while ensuring compliance with commercial policies and allocated budgets. Additionally, the role oversees the implementation of contracts and supervises operations to guarantee the proper and efficient execution of collection activities.

Another key aspect is the coordination of collection programs in line with internal procedures, ensuring adherence to quality and environmental standards. The role also requires planning and conducting regular field visits in order to monitor and support local partners effectively.

Ongoing activity reporting is essential, providing relevant data to support performance analysis and informed decision-making.

Performance will be measured based on several key indicators, including the number of collection points developed or maintained, the number of contracts generating collection volumes, and the number of visits conducted with service providers. Additional metrics include the number of collection initiatives carried out in partnership with schools and local authorities, the achievement of WEEE and DBA collection targets, adherence to budgets and operational timelines, the level of satisfaction among local partners, and the overall quality of reporting and internal communication.

What we need from you

We are looking for someone who embodies our core values: being real, inclusive, collaborative, and inventive. You should bring a straightforward and transparent approach, thrive in a team-oriented and respectful environment, and actively contribute to finding better, more sustainable solutions.

A solid understanding of national legislation related to WEEE and batteries (DBA) is essential, along with experience in contract negotiation, implementation, and collaboration with local authorities.

Experience in environmental projects, CSR initiatives, public-private partnerships, or B2B sales and partnership development is considered a strong advantage.

You should have strong analytical and reporting skills, along with good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

A completed higher education degree (preferably in environmental studies, management, economics, or technical fields) is required.

We are looking for someone results-oriented, well-organized, and capable of effective planning, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A valid Category B driving license is required, as well as availability for frequent travel within the assigned area. A medium level of English proficiency is also expected.
