Job Description

We are currently seeking a Regional Clinical Leader to train new and existing staff to achieve patient, safety, and organizational goals, while enhancing individual and dental division performance. This position will report to the Regional Director of Operations and has an expected travel requirement of approximately 50-70%.

This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

Pay range: $60,000-$65,000/yr

Job Responsibilities

  • Equip staff with OSHA and HIPAA knowledge to ensure compliance with safety practices along with CDC Dental Infection Control
  • Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth execution of practice processes, including but not limited to: training, office feedback, and documentation
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to improve patient management, efficiency and personal time management of clinical teammates
  • Provide new employee orientation training on clinical procedures
  • Provide Operation Managers with constructive feedback on new hires and follow-up training sessions with teammates in the region
  • Implement, deliver, and follow up on education workshops, lunch and learns, and webinars to improve quality and patient experience
  • Establish clear expectations for teammates around desired patient experience, coach and mentor customer service best practices, and monitor and remediate as needed
  • Implement new programs affecting clinical processes and initiatives in assigned region
  • Work alongside Operations Manager and Regional Director of Operations to create clinical action plans for areas in need of improvement
  • Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with leadership and training in a dental capacity
  • Familiarity with modern training methods (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, etc.)
  • Experience with public presentations, training, or teaching preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced training preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral abilities
  • Preferred knowledge of eClinicalWorks software and must be proficient at using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
