At Ascentria Care Alliance, we’re not just operating senior living communities, we’re redefining what exceptional care looks like.

We are seeking a Regional Clinical Director (RN) who is ready to step into a high-impact leadership role, driving clinical quality, regulatory excellence, and workforce development across multiple skilled nursing centers.

This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to lead transformation, mentor clinical leaders, and elevate care outcomes at scale.

Why This Role Matters

Senior care is evolving—and it requires leaders who can:

✔ Turn data into action

  • Proactively mitigate clinical and operational risk

Build & Mentor Clinical Leadership

  • Coach and develop Directors of Nursing (DNS)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and leadership alignment
  • Step in to provide stability during leadership transitions

Partner Across the Organization

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership
  • Align clinical performance with budget and strategic goals
  • Lead through influence, not just authority

What You Bring

  • RN License (MA + CT or eligible)
  • 5+ years nursing leadership in Skilled Nursing
  • 3+ years as Director of Nursing (DNS)
  • Experience in multi-site or regional clinical leadership (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, survey process, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to improve outcomes, stabilize teams, and drive results

What Sets You Apart

You are:

A clinical expert who leads with confidence and credibility
A data-driven thinker who turns insights into action
A coach and mentor who builds strong teams

A mission-driven leader who puts residents and staff first

What You’ll Gain

  • Opportunity to lead multi-site clinical strategy and transformation
  • Executive exposure and partnership with senior leadership
  • A mission-driven culture rooted in service, impact, and excellence
  • The ability to shape systems, not just manage them

At Ascentria, we believe in guiding care with purpose and leading with heart.
